The Designers Republic

After looking at logos by The Designers Republic, I'm realizing just how many rules you can break in design. I guess what I mean is, similar to my Saville post, it's important to not be afraid to think outside of the box. Some of the designs were crowded and colorful, like this one:
The overall effect is that your eyes keep searching and then being stabilized by the center. Different shapes and patterns compose an image that, overall, makes your brain stop and soak it in. The use of white and blue especially captures attention, with its use in the center, the perimeter, and in the lettering at the top.

The bold lettering and the fun use of shape and pattern again captures your eye. Very interesting to look at.
